The fate of  millions of Americans depends on the Justice, Fairness, and Courage of the Peoples Grand Jury. We must protect the American Constitution against every infringement of human freedom. The People's Grand Jury is the only sure reliance for the preservation of our Democracy.  The Unalienable Rights of the American People to self-governance is established in the Declaration of Independence. We have staked the future of all our political institutions upon our capacity for self-government. And upon the capacity of each person to control themselves, and all of us to govern ourselves, and to sustain ourselves according to the moral principles and precepts that has formed the basis of the American Civil Constitution and Laws. This is a war for our very souls. Our national morality is failing because of the exclusion of our natural laws and principles. We must protect the American Constitution against every infringement of human freedom. What we do in America today will impact the whole world and determine if we are a Democracy or a Dictatorship. The Common Law Grand Jury is the Fourth Branch of Government. The true way to correct the abuses of constitutional power is to strictly adhere to the following legal maxim "every right when with-held must have a remedy, and every injury it’s proper redress". The government, as well as private actors are accountable under Rule of law. "We the People", existing in our own Individual Sovereignty, established the United States Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land and we have not yielded our Power to any of the branches of government that we created.
