The 4th Branch of Government is the “ultimate power” of the People which allows them to consent or not to the actions of the three branches of government. The 4th Branch of Government is neither part of the Judicial, Executive nor Legislative branches, its authority comes straight from the Bill of Rights. John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin, founders of the Constitution purposely placed the power of the 4th Branch in the “Bill of Rights” to make it clear that it belongs to the People and the government is not to violate it.
