President Trump was inaugurated on January 20, 2025, but he is not acting within the limitations of the authority given him in the Constitution. He ignored the Balance of Power and immediately issued executive orders to swiftly dismantle the U.S Federal Government, destroy American norms and reverse constitutional freedoms. This is not a simple change in Presidential Administration, this is a drastic change in ideology from a Republican Democracy to a dictatorship. The People of the United States are victims of unconstitutional executive orders, purging of federal employees, dismantling federal agencies, and the loss of guaranteed freedoms. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede an existing valid law. Executive Orders, forced upon the People in the name of law, are in conflict with Supreme Constitutional Law and deemed null and void of law. No courts are bound to uphold them, no citizens are bound to obey them. They would bare no power to be enforced, and no obligation to be obeyed. They would purport to settle as if it they had never existed. All executive orders, laws, rules and practices repugnant to the constitution are null and void. Where Rights secured by the Constitution are involved there can be no executive orders, rule making or legislation that can repeal them. (Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 491)
