POWER OF THE PEOPLE OVER ALL BRANCHES
The Bill of Rights established the Fourth Branch of Government to guarantee the power of "We the People of the United States", over all branches of government that we created. The People are the real leverage and bulwark against unlawful executive overreach and orders. The Bill of Rights gives "We the People", absolute authority to remove any elected or appointed servant when they overstep the authority that "We the People" gave them through our Constitution. The Constitution provides that our elected and appointed servants may continue in office when they are in good behavior. Good behavior is defined as acting within the authority we have given them in the Rule of Law. Only by asserting the Peoples authority over the government as established in the Bill of Rights can we return to the proper functions of our Republican Democracy. The Peoples Common Law Grand Jury, is the Fourth Branch of Government, through which "We the People" can immediately elect new officials and exercise our power directly over all branches. It is the duty of the Peoples Common Law Grand Jury to defend the United States Constitution from domestic and foreign threats and expose all fraud and corruption whether it is Executive, Legislative or Judicial and stop it, through Rule of Law. Public Servants are not above the law, all servants are under statutes and therefore liable to USC 18 and 42. Officers of the government, from the highest to the lowest, are creatures of the Law and are bound to obey them. It is by Supreme Power in our system of government, that every Public Servant who, by accepting office and participates in its functions, is strongly bound to submit to the supremacy of the Rule of Law, and to observe the limitations which it imposes on the exercise of the authority, which it gives them. Clearly elected officials cannot be in charge of deciding for themselves whether or not they should indict themselves on criminal charges. This is the main cause of corruption in our government.
The Four Branches of Government
